Distribution Orders. If Reseller is located outside of the United States of America and Canada, then orders for the Products and Services, delivery of the Products and Services, payment for the Products and Service s, and terms governing each shall be negotiated between Reseller and Reseller's Malwarebytes Authorized Distributor, and shall be governed by the definitive agreement(s) entered into by and between them.
