Distribution Owners Who Are Not Distribution Providers. If Distribution Provider is not the same entity as the Distribution Owner, then (i) all references in this Article 5.17 to Distribution Provider shall be deemed also to refer to and to include the Distribution Owner, as appropriate, and (ii) this GIA shall not become effective until such Distribution Owner shall have agreed in writing to assume all of the duties and obligations of Distribution Provider under this Article 5.17 of this GIA.
