Distribution Provider Obligations. Distribution Provider shall cause the Distribution System and Distribution Provider's Interconnection Facilities to be operated, maintained and controlled in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with this GIA. Distribution Provider may provide operating instructions to Interconnection Customer consistent with this GIA and Distribution Provider’s operating protocols and procedures as they may change from time to time. Distribution Provider will consider changes to its operating protocols and procedures proposed by Interconnection Customer.
