Distribution Service Implications. Interconnection Customer will be eligible to inject power from the Generating Facility into Distribution Provider’s Distribution System pursuant to the Tariff. The Interconnection Customer may not deliver power over the Distribution Provider’s Distribution System absent procuring Distribution Service.
