Distribution to Authorized Settlement Class Members. 1. The Settlement Administrator shall begin paying timely, valid, and approved claims via first-class mail no later than thirty (30) days after the Effective Date. 2. The Settlement Administrator shall have completed the payment to Settlement Class members who have submitted timely, valid, and approved claims pursuant to the claim process no later than forty-five (45) days after the Effective Date.
