Common use of Distribution to Lenders of Reimbursements Clause in Contracts

Distribution to Lenders of Reimbursements. In the event any Issuing Bank shall have been reimbursed by other Lenders pursuant to Section 3.3C(i) for all or any portion of any honored drawing or payment made by such Issuing Bank under a Letter of Credit issued by it, such Issuing Bank shall distribute to each other Lender which has paid all amounts payable by it under Section 3.3C(i) with respect to such honored drawing or payment such other Lender’s Pro Rata Share of all payments subsequently received by such Issuing Bank from the Borrower in reimbursement of such Unpaid Drawings when such payments are received. Any such distribution shall be made to a Lender at its primary address identified to the Administrative Agent or at such other address as such Lender may request.
