Common use of Distribution to Revolving Lenders of Reimbursements Received From Borrower Clause in Contracts

Distribution to Revolving Lenders of Reimbursements Received From Borrower. In the event the Issuing Lender shall have been reimbursed by other Revolving Lenders pursuant to subsection 3.3C(i) for all or any portion of any drawing honored by the Issuing Lender under a Letter of Credit issued by it, the Issuing Lender shall distribute to each other Revolving Lender which has paid all amounts payable by it under subsection 3.3C(i) with respect to such drawing such other Lender’s Pro Rata Share of all payments subsequently received by the Issuing Lender from Borrower in reimbursement of such drawing when such payments are received. Any such distribution shall be made to a Revolving Lender at its primary address set forth below its name on the appropriate signature page hereof or at such other address as such Lender may request.
