Distribution upon Separation from Service. (a) Upon a Participant’s Separation from Service, the unpaid portion of his or her Participant’s Account balance, if any, shall be distributed in the form(s) so elected by the Employer in the Adoption Agreement. (b) Distributions made under this Section 5.3 shall be made in accordance with Section 5.1A(b) or Section 5.1B(b), as applicable. (c) In the case of a Separation from Service of a Key Employee, distributions under this Section 5.3 may not be made before the date which is six (6) months after the date of the Key Employee’s Separation from Service (or, if earlier, the date of death of the Key Employee).
