Distribution Upon Severance from Employment. Effective for distributions occurring on or after January 1, 2002, a Member may receive their elective contributions on account of such Member’s severance from Employment. However, such distribution shall be subject to all other provisions of the Plan regarding distributions, other than such provisions that require a separation from service before such amounts may be distributed.
