Common use of Distributions After Allowance Clause in Contracts

Distributions After Allowance. To the extent that a Disputed Claim or Interest ultimately becomes an Allowed Claim or Interest, distributions (if any) shall be made to the Holder of such Allowed Claim or Interest in accordance with the provisions of the Plan. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Reorganized Debtors and the Disbursing Agent, on the first Quarterly Distribution Date after the date that the order or judgment of the Bankruptcy Court (or any other court of competent jurisdiction with jurisdiction over the Disputed Claim) allowing any Disputed Claim or Interest becomes a Final Order, the Disbursing Agent shall provide to the Holder of such Claim or Interest the distribution (if any) to which such Holder is entitled under the Plan as of the Effective Date, less any previous distribution (if any) that was made on account of the undisputed portion of such Claim or Interest, without any interest, dividends, or accruals to be paid on account of such Claim or Interest unless required under applicable bankruptcy law.
