DISTRIBUTIONS AND OTHER RIGHTS OF HOLDERS OF RECEIPTS. SECTION 4.01. Distributions of Monthly Distributions on Preferred Securities. Whenever the Trustee shall receive any cash distribution representing a monthly distribution on the Preferred Securities (whether or not distributed by the Grantor on the regular monthly distribution date therefor) or payment under the Guarantee in respect thereof pursuant to Article V of this Agreement, the Trustee acting directly or through any Paying Agent shall distribute to Holders of Receipts on the record date fixed pursuant to Section 4.04, such amounts in proportion to the respective numbers of Preferred Securities represented by the Receipts held by such Holders.
