DISTRIBUTIONS AND PAYMENTS OF NET CASH FLOW. Except as provided in Section 3.7, Net Cash Flow shall be distributed or paid from time to time as may be determined by the General Partner to the Partners in proportion to their Percentage Interests in the Partnership, as represented by their number of Units.
