Distributions; Carried Interest; Clawback; Temporary Investments. 5.5.1 Distributions shall be made with respect to a Series to the Members (including the Manager) of such Series at the times and in the amounts determined by the Manager; provided, that any such Distributions will be made as set forth in the applicable Series Designation.
