Distributions following Distribution Date. Subject to the necessity, if any, of obtaining the consent of a Participant and spouse, distribution of a Participant's Distributable Benefit shall commence within a reasonable period after the Distribution Date, unless otherwise elected by the Participant in accordance with the provisions of the Plan or as required by the provisions of the Plan.

Distributions following Distribution Date.
