Distributions Following Redemption. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, a Non-Managing Member shall not be entitled to any distribution pursuant to this Article V with respect to any Tendered Units if the next LLC Record Date is on or after the Specified Redemption Date for such Tendered Unit(s).
