Common use of Distributions of Available Cash From Operating Surplus Clause in Contracts

Distributions of Available Cash From Operating Surplus. Available Cash with respect to any Quarter that is deemed to be Operating Surplus pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.3 or Section 6.5, subject to Section 17-607 of the Delaware Act, shall be distributed as follows, except as otherwise required by Section 5.6(b) or Section 5.13(b)(i) in respect of additional Partnership Securities issued pursuant thereto:

Distributions of Available Cash From Operating Surplus. Available Cash with respect to any Quarter that is deemed to be Operating Surplus pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.3 or Section 6.56.5 shall, subject to Section 17-607 of the Delaware Act, shall be distributed as follows, except as otherwise required by Section 5.6(b) 5.10(b)(ii), Section 5.11(b)(ii), or Section 5.13(b)(i5.4(b) in respect of additional Partnership Securities issued pursuant thereto:

Subject to § 5.10, Available Cash with respect to any Quarter that is deemed to be Operating Surplus pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.3 §§ 5.04 or Section 6.55.06 shall, subject to Section 17-607 of the Delaware Act, shall be distributed as follows, except as otherwise required by Section 5.6(b) or Section 5.13(b)(i§ 4.07(b) in respect of additional Partnership Securities Interests issued pursuant thereto:
