Distributions of Available Funds. On each Distribution Date, to the extent of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date, the Certificate Administrator shall be deemed to transfer the Lower-Tier Distribution Amount from the Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account to the Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account in the amounts and priorities set forth in Section 4.01(c) with respect to each Class of Lower-Tier Regular Interests (other than the LRR Uncertificated Interest), and immediately thereafter, shall make distributions thereof from the Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account in the following order of priority, satisfying in full, to the extent required and possible, each priority before making any distribution with respect to any succeeding priority: (i) first, to the Holders of the Class A-1 Certificates, the Class A-2 Certificates, the Class A-SB Certificates, the Class A-3 Certificates, the Class A-4 Certificates, the Class X-A Certificates, the Class X-B Certificates, the Class X-D Certificates, the Class X-E Certificates, the Class X-F Certificates and the Class X-G Certificates pro rata (based upon their respective entitlements to interest for such Distribution Date), in respect of interest, up to an amount equal to the aggregate Interest Distribution Amount in respect of such Classes of Certificates for such Distribution Date; (ii) second, to the Holders of the Class A-1 Certificates, the Class A-2 Certificates, the Class A-SB Certificates, the Class A-3 Certificates and the Class A-4 Certificates in reduction of the Certificate Balances thereof: (I) prior to the Cross-Over Date (1) first, to the Holders of the Class A-SB Certificates, in an amount up to the Principal Distribution Amount, until the outstanding Certificate Balance of the Class A-SB Certificates has been reduced to the Class A-SB Planned Principal Balance for such Distribution Date; (2) second, to the Holders of the Class A-1 Certificates, in an amount up to the Principal Distribution Amount (or the portion thereof remaining after any distributions specified in sub-clause (1) above have been made on such Distribution Date), until the outstanding Certificate Balance of the Class A-1 Certificates has been reduced to zero; (3) third, to the Holders of the Class A-2 Certificates in an amount up to the Principal Distribution Amount (or the portion thereof remaining after any distributions specified in sub-clauses (1) and (2) above have been made on such Distribution Date), until the outstanding Certificate Balance of the Class A-2 Certificates has been reduced to zero; (4) fourth, to the Holders of the Class A-3 Certificates in an amount up to the Principal Distribution Amount (or the portion thereof remaining after any distributions specified in sub-clauses (1), (2) and (3) above have been made on such Distribution Date), until the outstanding Certificate Balance of the Class A-3 Certificates has been reduced to zero; (5) fifth, to the Holders of the Class A-4 Certificates in an amount up to the Principal Distribution Amount (or the portion thereof remaining after any distributions specified in sub-clauses (1), (2), (3) and (4) above have been made on such Distribution Date), until the outstanding Certificate Balance of the Class A-4 Certificates has been reduced to zero; and (6) sixth, to the Holders of the Class A-SB Certificates, in an amount up to the Principal Distribution Amount (or the portion thereof remaining after any distributions specified in sub-clauses (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5) above have been made on such Distribution Date), until the outstanding Certificate Balance of the Class A-SB Certificates has been reduced to zero; and (II) on or after the Cross-Over Date, to the Class A-1 Certificates, Class A-2 Certificates, Class A-SB Certificates, Class A-3 Certificates and Class A-4 Certificates, pro rata (based on their respective Certificate Balances) in an amount equal to the Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date, until the Certificate Balance of each of the Class A-1 Certificates, Class A-2 Certificates, Class A-SB Certificates, Class A-3 Certificates and Class A-4 Certificates is reduced to zero; (iii) third, to the Holders of the Class A-1 Certificates, the Class A-2 Certificates, the Class A-SB Certificates, the Class A-3 Certificates and the Class A-4 Certificates, up to an amount equal to, and pro rata based upon, the aggregate unreimbursed Realized Losses previously allocated to each such Class, plus interest on that amount at the Pass-Through Rate for such Class compounded monthly from the date the related Realized Loss was allocated to such Class; (iv) fourth, to the Holders of the Class A-S Certificates, in respect of interest, up to an amount equal to the Interest Distribution Amount in respect of such Class of Certificates for such Distribution Date; (v) fifth, after the Certificate Balances of the Class A-1 Certificates, Class A-2 Certificates, Class A-SB Certificates, Class A-3 Certificates and Class A-4 Certificates have been reduced to zero, to the Holders of the Class A-S Certificates, in reduction of the Certificate Balance thereof, an amount equal to the Principal Distribution Amount (reduced by any prior distributions thereof hereunder), until the outstanding Certificate Balance of the Class A-S Certificates has been reduced to zero; (vi) sixth, to the Holders of the Class A-S Certificates, up to an amount equal to the unreimbursed Realized Losses previously allocated to such Class, plus interest on that amount at the Pass-Through Rate for such Class compounded monthly from the date the related Realized Loss was allocated to such Class; (vii) seventh, to the Holders of the Class B Certificates, in respect of interest, up to an amount equal to the Interest Distribution Amount in respect of such Class of Certificates for such Distribution Date; (viii) eighth, after the Certificate Balance of the Class A-S Certificates has been reduced to zero, to the Holders of the Class B Certificates, in reduction of the Certificate Balance thereof, up to an amount equal to the Principal Distribution Amount (reduced by any prior distributions thereof hereunder), until the outstanding Certificate Balance of the Class B Certificates has been reduced to zero; (ix) ninth, to the Holders of the Class B Certificates, up to an amount equal to the unreimbursed Realized Losses previously allocated to such Class, plus interest on that amount at the Pass-Through Rate for such Class compounded monthly from the date the related Realized Loss was allocated to such Class; (x) tenth, to the Holders of the Class C Certificates, in respect of interest, up to an amount equal to the Interest Distribution Amount in respect of such Class of Certificates for such Distribution Date; (xi) eleventh, after the Certificate Balance of the Class B Certificates has been reduced to zero, to the Holders of the Class C Certificates, in reduction of the Certificate Balance thereof, up to an amount equal to the Principal Distribution Amount (reduced by any prior distributions thereof hereunder), until the outstanding Certificate Balance of the Class C Certificates has been reduced to zero; (xii) twelfth, to the Holders of the Class C Certificates, up to an amount equal to the unreimbursed Realized Losses previously allocated to such Class, plus interest on that amount at the Pass-Through Rate for such Class compounded monthly from the date the related Realized Loss was allocated to such Class; (xiii) thirteenth, to the Holders of the Class D Certificates, in respect of interest, up to an amount equal to the Interest Distribution Amount in respect of such Class of Certificates for such Distribution Date; (xiv) fourteenth, after the Certificate Balance of the Class C Certificates has been reduced to zero, to the Holders of the Class D Certificates, in reduction of the Certificate Balance thereof, up to an amount equal to the Principal Distribution Amount (reduced by any prior distributions thereof hereunder), until the outstanding Certificate Balance of the Class D Certificates has been reduced to zero; (xv) fifteenth, to the Holders of the Class D Certificates, up to an amount equal to the unreimbursed Realized Losses previously allocated to such Class, plus interest on that amount at the Pass-Through Rate for such Class compounded monthly from the date the related Realized Loss was allocated to such Class; (xvi) sixteenth, to the Holders of the Class E Certificates, in respect of interest, up to an amount equal to the Interest Distribution Amount in respect of such Class of Certificates for such Distribution Date; (xvii) seventeenth, after the Certificate Balances of the Class A Certificates, Class B Certificates, Class C Certificates, and Class D Certificates have been reduced to zero, to the Holders of the Class E Certificates, in reduction of the Certificate Balance thereof, up to an amount equal to the Principal Distribution Amount (or the portion thereof remaining after any distributions in respect of the Class A Certificates, Class B Certificates, Class C Certificates and Class D Certificates on such Distribution Date), until the outstanding Certificate Balance of the Class E Certificates has been reduced to zero; (xviii) eighteenth, to the Holders of the Class E Certificates, up to an amount equal to the unreimbursed Realized Losses previously allocated to such Class, plus interest on that amount at the Pass-Through Rate for such Class compounded monthly from the date the related Realized Loss was allocated to such Class; (xix) nineteenth, to the Holders of the Class F Certificates, in respect of interest, up to an amount equal to the Interest Distribution Amount in respect of such Class of Certificates for such Distribution Date; (xx) twentieth, after the Certificate Balances of the Class A Certificates, Class B Certificates, Class C Certificates, Class D Certificates and Class E Certificates have been reduced to zero, to the Holders of the Class F Certificates, in reduction of the Certificate Balance thereof, up to an amount equal to the Principal Distribution Amount (or the portion thereof remaining after any distributions in respect of the Class A Certificates, Class B Certificates, Class C Certificates, Class D Certificates and Class E Certificates on such Distribution Date), until the outstanding Certificate Balance of the Class F Certificates has been reduced to zero; (xxi) twenty-first, to the Holders of the Class F Certificates, up to an amount equal to the unreimbursed Realized Losses previously allocated to such Class, plus interest on that amount at the Pass-Through Rate for such Class compounded monthly from the date the related Realized Loss was allocated to such Class; (xxii) twenty-second, to the Holders of the Class G Certificates in respect of interest, up to an amount equal to the Interest Distribution Amount in respect of such Class of Certificates for such Distribution Date; (xxiii) twenty-third, after the Certificate Balances of the Class A Certificates, Class B Certificates, Class C Certificates, Class D Certificates, Class E Certificates and Class F Certificates have been reduced to zero, to the Holders of the Class G Certificates, in reduction of the Certificate Balance thereof, up to an amount equal to the Principal Distribution Amount (or the portion thereof remaining after any distributions in respect of the Class A Certificates, Class B Certificates, Class C Certificates, Class D Certificates, Class E Certificates and Class F Certificates on such Distribution Date), until the outstanding Certificate Balance of the Class G Certificates has been reduced to zero; (xxiv) twenty-fourth, to the Holders of the Class G Certificates, up to an amount equal to the unreimbursed Realized Losses previously allocated to such Class, plus interest on that amount at the Pass-Through Rate for such Class compounded monthly from the date the related Realized Loss was allocated to such Class; and (xxv) twenty-fifth, to the Holders of the Class R Certificates in respect of the Class UR Interest, the amount, if any, of the Available Funds remaining in the Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account with respect to such Distribution Date. If, in connection with any Distribution Date, the Certificate Administrator has reported the amount of an anticipated distribution to DTC based on the receipt of payments as of the Determination Date and additional Periodic Payments, balloon payments or unscheduled principal payments are subsequently received by the Master Servicer and required to be part of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date, the Master Servicer shall promptly notify the Certificate Administrator and the Certificate Administrator will use commercially reasonable efforts to cause DTC to make the revised distribution on a timely basis on such Distribution Date. None of the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer or the Certificate Administrator shall be liable or held responsible for any resulting delay in the making of such distribution to Certificateholders solely on the basis of the actions described in the preceding sentence.

Distributions of Available Funds. 4. to the aggregate Certificate Insurer, any Interest Distribution Reimbursement Amount in respect of such Classes of Certificates for such Distribution Date;
(ii) second5. sequentially, to the Holders of the Class A-1 X-0, Xxxxx X-0, Class M-3, Class M-4, Class M-5, Class M-6, Class M-7, Class M-8, Class M-9 and Class M-10 Certificates, the Class A-2 Certificatesin that order, the Current Interest for each such Class A-SB Certificates, the Class A-3 Certificates and the Class A-4 Certificates in reduction of the Certificate Balances thereof: (I) such Distribution Date;
6. a. for each Distribution Date prior to the Cross-Over Stepdown Date or on which a Trigger Event is in effect, in the following order:

(a) in an amount up to the Group 1 Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date, in the following order:
(i) to the Class A-SB R Certificates, until their Class A-3 Certificates and Class A-4 Certificates Certificate Balance is reduced to zero;
(iiiii) thirdconcurrently, to the Holders of the Class 1-A-1 Certificates, the and Class 1-A-2 Certificates, the pro rata, until their respective Class A-SB Certificates, the Class A-3 Certificates and the Class A-4 Certificates, up to an amount equal to, and pro rata based upon, the aggregate unreimbursed Realized Losses previously allocated to each such Class, plus interest on that amount at the Pass-Through Rate for such Class compounded monthly from the date the related Realized Loss was allocated to such Class;
(iv) fourth, to the Holders of the Class A-S Certificates, in respect of interest, up to an amount equal to the Interest Distribution Amount in respect of such Class of Certificates for such Distribution Date;
(v) fifth, after the Certificate Balances of the Class A-1 Certificates, Class A-2 Certificates, Class A-SB Certificates, Class A-3 Certificates and Class A-4 Certificates have been are reduced to zero, to the Holders of the Class A-S Certificates, in reduction of the Certificate Balance thereof, an amount equal to the Principal Distribution Amount (reduced by any prior distributions thereof hereunder), until the outstanding Certificate Balance of the Class A-S Certificates has been reduced to zero;
(vi) sixth, to the Holders of the Class A-S Certificates, up to an amount equal to the unreimbursed Realized Losses previously allocated to such Class, plus interest on that amount at the Pass-Through Rate for such Class compounded monthly from the date the related Realized Loss was allocated to such Class;
(vii) seventh, to the Holders of the Class B Certificates, in respect of interest, up to an amount equal to the Interest Distribution Amount in respect of such Class of Certificates for such Distribution Date;
(viii) eighth, after the Certificate Balance of the Class A-S Certificates has been reduced to zero, to the Holders of the Class B Certificates, in reduction of the Certificate Balance thereof, up to an amount equal to the Principal Distribution Amount (reduced by any prior distributions thereof hereunder), until the outstanding Certificate Balance of the Class B Certificates has been reduced to zero;

(xiv) fourteenth, after the Certificate Balance of the Class C Certificates has been reduced to zero, to the Holders of the Class D Certificates, in reduction of the Certificate Balance thereof, up to an amount equal to the Principal Distribution Amount (reduced by any prior distributions thereof hereunder), until the outstanding Certificate Balance of the Class D Certificates has been reduced to zero;
(xv) fifteenth, to the Holders of the Class D Certificates, up to an amount equal to the unreimbursed Realized Losses previously allocated to such Class, plus interest on that amount at the Pass-Through Rate for such Class compounded monthly from the date the related Realized Loss was allocated to such Class;
(xvi) sixteenth, to the Holders of the Class E Certificates, in respect of interest, up to an amount equal to the Interest Distribution Amount in respect of such Class of Certificates for such Distribution Date;
(xvii) seventeenth, after the Certificate Balances of the Class A Certificates, Class B Certificates, Class C Certificates, and Class D Certificates have been reduced to zero, to the Holders of the Class E Certificates, in reduction of the Certificate Balance thereof, up to an amount equal to the Principal Distribution Amount (or the portion thereof remaining after any distributions in respect of the Class A Certificates, Class B Certificates, Class C Certificates and Class D Certificates on such Distribution Date), until the outstanding Certificate Balance of the Class E Certificates has been reduced to zero;

(xix) nineteenth, to the Holders of the Class F Certificates, in respect of interest, up to an amount equal to the Interest Distribution Amount in respect of such Class of Certificates for such Distribution Date;
(xx) twentieth, after the Certificate Balances of the Class A Certificates, Class B Certificates, Class C Certificates, Class D Certificates and Class E Certificates have been reduced to zero, to the Holders of the Class F Certificates, in reduction of the Certificate Balance thereof, up to an amount equal to the Principal Distribution Amount (or the portion thereof remaining after any distributions in respect of the Class A Certificates, Class B Certificates, Class C Certificates, Class D Certificates and Class E Certificates on such Distribution Date), until the outstanding Certificate Balance of the Class F Certificates has been reduced to zero;
(xxi) twenty-first, to the Holders of the Class F Certificates, up to an amount equal to the unreimbursed Realized Losses previously allocated to such Class, plus interest on that amount at the Pass-Through Rate for such Class compounded monthly from the date the related Realized Loss was allocated to such Class;
(xxii) twenty-second, to the Holders of the Class G Certificates in respect of interest, up to an amount equal to the Interest Distribution Amount in respect of such Class of Certificates for such Distribution Date;
(xxiii) twenty-third, after the Certificate Balances of the Class A Certificates, Class B Certificates, Class C Certificates, Class D Certificates, Class E Certificates and Class F Certificates have been reduced to zero, to the Holders of the Class G Certificates, in reduction of the Certificate Balance thereof, up to an amount equal to the Principal Distribution Amount (or the portion thereof remaining after any distributions in respect of the Class A Certificates, Class B Certificates, Class C Certificates, Class D Certificates, Class E Certificates and Class F Certificates on such Distribution Date), until the outstanding Certificate Balance of the Class G Certificates has been reduced to zero;
(xxiv) twenty-fourth, to the Holders of the Class G Certificates, up to an amount equal to the unreimbursed Realized Losses previously allocated to such Class, plus interest on that amount at the Pass-Through Rate for such Class compounded monthly from the date the related Realized Loss was allocated to such Class; and
(xxviii) twenty-fifthconcurrently, to the Holders of the Class R 2-A-1, Class 2-A-2 and Class 2-A-3 Certificates in respect of the Class UR Interest, the amount, if any, of the Available Funds remaining in the Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account with respect (after any distributions to such Certificates from the Group 2 Principal Distribution Date. IfAmount), pro rata, until their respective Class Certificate Balances are reduced to zero; and
(b) in connection with any an amount up to the Group 2 Principal Distribution Date, the Certificate Administrator has reported the amount of an anticipated distribution to DTC based on the receipt of payments as of the Determination Date and additional Periodic Payments, balloon payments or unscheduled principal payments are subsequently received by the Master Servicer and required to be part of the Available Funds Amount for such Distribution Date, in the Master Servicer shall promptly notify following order:
(i) concurrently, to the Class 2-A-1, Class 2-A-2 and Class 2-A-3 Certificates, pro rata, until their respective Class Certificate Administrator Balances are reduced to zero; and
(ii) concurrently, to the Class 1-A-1 and Class 1-A-2 Certificates (after any distributions to such Certificates from the Group 1 Principal Distribution Amount), pro rata, until their respective Class Certificate Administrator will use commercially reasonable efforts Balances are reduced to cause DTC zero; and
(2) the remaining Principal Distribution Amount, sequentially, to make the revised distribution Class X-0, Xxxxx X-0, Class M-3, Class M-4, Class M-5, Class M-6, Class M-7, Class M-8, Class M-9 and Class M-10 Certificates, in that order, until their respective Class Certificate Balances are reduced to zero; and
6. b. on each Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date so long as a timely basis on Trigger Event is not in effect, in the following order:
(1) in an amount up to the Senior Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date. None , concurrently, to the following Classes of Certificates, pro rata between the Master Servicer, Group 1 Senior Certificates and the Special Servicer or the Certificate Administrator shall be liable or held responsible for any resulting delay in the making of such distribution to Certificateholders solely Group 2 Senior Certificates on the basis of the actions described Group 1 Senior Principal Distribution Amount and the Group 2 Senior Principal Distribution Amount, respectively:
(a) in an amount up to the Group 1 Senior Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date, in the preceding sentence.following order:
(i) concurrently, to the Class 1-A-1 and Class 1-A-2 Certificates, pro rata, until their respective Class Certificate Balances are reduced to zero; and
(ii) concurrently, to the Class 2-A-1, Class 2-A-2 and Class 2-A-3 Certificates (after any distributions to such Certificates from the Group 2 Senior Principal Distribution Amount), pro rata, until their respective Class Certificate Balances are reduced to zero; and
(b) in an amount up to the Group 2 Senior Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date, in the following order:
(i) concurrently, to the Class 2-A-1, Class 2-A-2 and Class 2-A-3 Certificates, pro rata, until their respective Class Certificate Balances are reduced to zero; and
(ii) concurrently, to the Class 1-A-1 and Class 1-A-2 Certificates (after any distributions to such Certificates from the Group 1 Senior Principal Distribution Amount), pro rata, until their respective Class Certificate Balances are reduced to zero; and
(2) sequentially, to the Class X-0, Xxxxx X-0, Class M-3, Class M-4, Class M-5, Class M-6, Class M-7, Class M-8, Class M-9 and Class M-10 Certificates, in that order, in an amount up to the Subordinated Class Principal Distribution Amount for each such class, until their respective Class Certificate Balances are reduced to zero;
