Common use of Distributions of Net Available Cash Flow Clause in Contracts

Distributions of Net Available Cash Flow. Subject to Sections 6.2, 6.4, 6.6 and ARTICLE XII, distributions of Net Available Cash Flow shall be made as and when determined by the Management Committee to the Members, pro rata, in accordance with their respective Percentage Interests, provided, however, that any such distribution shall be subject to restrictions that may be imposed upon the Company by third party lenders.
