Distributions of Principal of Lower Tier. Classes 5, 6 and 7. (a) On or prior to the Settlement Date, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ shall make a cash deposit of $10,000 in the Cash Deposit Account for application as described below. (b) Distributions of principal of Lower Tier Classes 5, 6 and 7 shall be made from amounts on deposit in the Cash Deposit Account. Any amount distributable as principal of Lower Tier Classes 5, 6 and 7 from the Cash Deposit Account pursuant to this paragraph shall be treated as distributable from the Certificate Account for purposes of Section 2.04. (c) On each Distribution Date, distributions of principal of Lower Tier Class 5 shall be made in an amount such that, after giving effect to such distribution, the Class Balance of Lower Tier Class 5 equals 0.0196315268% of the Class Balance of the PK Class for such Distribution Date. On each Distribution Date, distributions of principal of Lower Tier Class 6 shall be made in an amount such that, after giving effect to such distribution, the Class Balance of Lower Tier Class 6 equals 0.0196315268% of the Class Balance of the PL Class for such Distribution Date. On each Distribution Date, distributions of principal of Lower Tier Class 7 shall be made in an amount such that, after giving effect to such distribution, the Class Balance of Lower Tier Class 7 equals 0.0196315268% of the Class Balance of the I Class for such Distribution Date.
