Distributions of Shares of Company Subsidiaries. From and after the date hereof and subject to the terms and conditions hereof, and until the termination of this Shareholders’ Agreement in accordance with Section 8.3 herein, in the event shares of common stock of a Subsidiary of the Company are distributed by the Company to its shareholders including SOF, the Parties hereto shall, and the Company shall cause such Subsidiary to, enter into a shareholders’ agreement on the same or substantially the same terms and provisions of this Shareholders’ Agreement, with modifications thereto reasonably agreed to by the Parties.
