Common use of DISTRIBUTIONS ON INVESTMENT COMPANY SHARES Clause in Contracts

DISTRIBUTIONS ON INVESTMENT COMPANY SHARES. Subject to Section 9.3, all dividends and capital gains or other distributions received on any Investment Company Shares credited to Participant's Account will (unless received in additional Investment Company Shares) be reinvested in full and fractional shares of the same Investment Company at the price determined as provided in the then current prospectus of the Investment Company. The shares so received or purchased upon such reinvestment will be credited to such accounts. If any dividends or capital gain or other distributions may be received on such Investment Company Shares at the election of the shareholder in additional shares or in cash or other property, the Trustee will elect to receive such dividends or distributions in additional Investment Company Shares.
