Common use of Distributions on REMIC I Regular Interests and REMIC II Regular Interests Clause in Contracts

Distributions on REMIC I Regular Interests and REMIC II Regular Interests. (a) On each Distribution Date, the Trustee shall be deemed to distribute to itself as the holder of the REMIC I Regular Interests, the following to the extent of the Available Distribution Amount reduced by distributions made to the Class R Certificateholders pursuant to Section 4.02(a): those portions of the REMIC I Distribution Amount not designated to Component I of the Class R Certificate, in the amounts and in accordance with the priorities set forth in the definition of REMIC I Distribution Amount.

(a) On each Distribution Date, the Trustee Securities Administrator shall be deemed to distribute to itself the Trustee as the holder of the REMIC I Regular Interests, the following to the extent of the Available Distribution Amount Funds reduced by distributions made to the Class R Certificateholders pursuant to Section 4.02(a6.01(a): those portions of the REMIC I Distribution Amount not designated to Component I of the Class R Certificate, in the amounts and in accordance with the priorities set forth in the definition of REMIC I Distribution Amount.
