Distributions on the Subsidiary REMIC. On each Distribution Date, amounts on deposit in the Distribution Account shall be applied to distributions on the Subsidiary REMIC Regular Interests, in each case in an amount sufficient to make the distributions on the respective Corresponding Classes of Certificates on such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.04.
