Common use of Distributions on the Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interests Clause in Contracts

Distributions on the Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interests. (a) On each Distribution Date the Trustee shall be deemed to distribute to itself, as the holder of the Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interests, from REMIC I, the following amounts in the following order of priority to the extent of the Available Distribution Amount reduced by distributions made to the Class R-I Certificates pursuant to Section 4.02(a):

Distributions on the Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interests. (a) On each Distribution Date the Trustee shall be deemed to distribute to itself, as the holder of the Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interests, from the REMIC I, the following amounts I Distribution Amount in the following order of priority to amounts and with the extent of priorities set forth in the Available Distribution Amount reduced by distributions made to the Class R-I Certificates pursuant to Section 4.02(a):definition thereof.

Distributions on the Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interests. (a) On each Distribution Date the Trustee shall be deemed to distribute to itself, as the holder of the Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interests, from the Uncertificated REMIC I, the following amounts I Regular Interest Distribution Amounts in the following order of priority to the extent of the Available Distribution Amount (less the Trustee's Fees for such Distribution Date) reduced by distributions made to the Class R-I Certificates pursuant to Section 4.02(a4.01(a):

Distributions on the Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interests. (a) On each Distribution Date Date, the Trustee shall cause the Available Funds, in the following order of priority, to be deemed distributed by REMIC I to distribute to itself, as the holder REMIC II on account of the Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interests, Interests or withdrawn from REMIC I, the following amounts in the following order of priority Distribution Account and distributed to the extent Holders of the Available Distribution Amount reduced by distributions made to the Class R-I Certificates pursuant to Section 4.02(a):Certificates, as the case may be:

Distributions on the Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interests. (a) On each Distribution Date Date, the Trustee shall be deemed to distribute to itself, as (or the holder Paying Agent on behalf of the Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interests, from Trustee) shall allocate and distribute the Principal Distribution Amount for such date to the interests issued in respect of REMIC I, the following amounts REMIC II, and REMIC III as specified in the following order of priority to the extent of the Available Distribution Amount reduced by distributions made to the Class R-I Certificates pursuant to Section 4.02(a):this Section.
