Common use of Distributions Payable in Shares Clause in Contracts

Distributions Payable in Shares. In the event that a Board of Trustees shall declare a distribution payable in Shares with respect to a Fund, the Fund shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Transfer Agent written notice of such declaration signed on behalf of the Fund, by any officer thereof, upon which the Transfer Agent shall be entitled to rely for all purposes, certifying (i) the identity of the Shares involved, (ii) the number of Shares involved, and (iii) that all appropriate action has been taken.
