Distributions to Be Held for Administrative Agent. Distributions and other payments which are received by any Grantor but which it is not entitled to retain as a result of the operation of this Section 5 shall be held in trust for the benefit of the Administrative Agent, be segregated from the other property or funds of such Grantor, and be forthwith paid over or delivered to the Administrative Agent in the same form as so received.
