DISTRIBUTIONS TO GENERAL PARTNER. Distributions of Net Cash Flow for any period, if made, will be distributed first to the General Partner until the cumulative Net Cash Flow distributed to the General Partner under this Section 5.1 for the current and all past periods is equal to the cumulative Profits allocated to the General Partner for the current and all prior periods pursuant to Section 4.1(a)(2).
