Distributions to Reflect Additional Units. If the Partnership issues additional Units, subject to the terms of any applicable Class Designation, the General Partner is authorized to make such revisions to this Article 4 and to Article 5 as it determines are reasonably necessary or desirable to reflect the issuance of such additional Units, including making preferential distributions to certain classes of Units.

If In the event that the Partnership issues additional UnitsUnits pursuant to the provisions of Article 4 hereof, subject to the terms rights of any applicable Class Holder of any Partnership Interest set forth in a Unit Designation, the Managing General Partner is hereby authorized to make such revisions to this Article 4 5 and to Article 5 6 as it determines are reasonably necessary or desirable to reflect the issuance of such additional Units, including including, without limitation, making preferential distributions to certain classes of Units.
