Distributions to the Class A and Class B Members. After the time that the Class A Members have received said seven and a half (7.5%) percent (non-compounding) annual pre-tax return on their initial capital contributions, plus any accrued but unpaid preferred returns from prior calendar years, the Manager may, in the Manager’s sole and reasonable discretion, seventy percent (70%) of the remaining Cash Flow available for distributions to the Class B Members and thirty percent (30%) to the Class A Members.
