Distributions Upon Married Participant’s Death. If a Participant is married on the date of his death, the full amount of the Participant’s Account balance shall be payable on the death of the Participant to the Participant’s Surviving Spouse, unless the Participant’s Surviving Spouse has given Spousal Consent to the designation of a specific non-spouse Beneficiary (including any class of beneficiaries or any contingent beneficiaries) who will receive the Account balance upon the Participant’s death.
