Common use of Distributor Financial Condition Clause in Contracts

Distributor Financial Condition. Distributor represents and warrants that it is and at all times during the term of this Agreement shall remain in good financial condition, solvent and able to pay its bills when due. Distributor further represents and warrants that it has and at all times during the term of this Agreement shall retain the ability to order and pay for all Product purchased. From time to time, on reasonable notice from AltiGen, Distributor shall furnish Annual Reports, 10K, 10Q reports or other similar reports that are supplied to other partners of Distributor.
