Common use of Distributor Financial Condition Clause in Contracts

Distributor Financial Condition. The Distributor represents to the best of its knowledge that it is and at all times during the term of this Agreement shall remain in good financial condition, solvent, and able to pay invoices for the Products when due. The Distributor agrees to furnish, when requested by the Supplier, such financial reports as may be deemed necessary by Supplier, including, but not limited to, a current balance sheet and a current profit and loss statement.
