DISTRIBUTOR TRADEMARKS. DISTRIBUTOR has filed for a service mark in order to establish ownership to all right, title and intere▇▇ ▇n and to the name, trademark and service mark "Generations," and such other tradenames, trademarks and se▇▇▇▇e marks identified in Schedule D hereto, as the Parties hereto may amend from time to time (the "DISTRIBUTOR licensed marks" or the "licensor's licensed marks"). DISTRIBUTOR hereby grants to AGNY (including its affiliates) a non-exclusive license to use the DISTRIBUTOR licensed marks in connection with AGNY's performance of the services contemplated under this Agreement, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Section 12.
