Distributor’s Contribution to Award Compensation. (1) If ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ wins the 2004 ACADEMYAWARD ® for Best Actress for the Picture, Distributor will, within ten (10) business days from the date of the announcement of the 2004 ACADEMY AWARD ® for Best Actress, pay to Company an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of any amount contractually due to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ not to exceed One Hundred Seventy-five Thousand Dollars (i.e., US$175,000.00) with respect thereto, not of any and all contributions paid by any third party, including, but not limited to Remstar and/or NMF; and
