District-Based Investigation. The District’s Department of Professional Standards and 15 Equity may begin an investigation at the request of the site- based administrator or 16 Superintendent regarding allegations of employee misconduct or unsatisfactory job performance 17 that could result in suspension without pay or termination of employment. During the 18 investigation the District may temporarily reassign the employee.
