DISTRICT MANAGEMENT. The General Manager shall represent DISTRICT in all matters pertaining to the administration of this AGREEMENT, including review and approval of all products submitted by CONSULTANT. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the General Manager’s authority to enlarge the tasks to be performed or change CONSULTANT’s compensation is subject to Section 5 hereof.

DISTRICT MANAGEMENT. Manager shall perform all Activities necessary for the management of the District in a professional and prudent manner and in accordance with all Laws and the Budget. More specifically, Manager shall do all of the following:

DISTRICT MANAGEMENT. The Superintendent shall have primary responsibility in all personnel matters, including selection, assignment, and transfer of employees in concert with Board consensus. The Superintendent shall have the responsibility to organize, reorganize and arrange the supervisory and administrative staff, including instruction, personnel and business affairs, in a manner which in her judgment will best serve the needs of the schools of the District in concert with Board consensus. The Superintendent will inform the Board prior to administrative transfers and reassignments, however the responsibility for the assignment of personnel to school sites, within school sites, and transfers among schools is delegated to the Superintendent.

DISTRICT MANAGEMENT. Caddo Public Schools agrees to conduct a sustainability analysis of the district’s resource distribution in partnership with the District Management Group no later than April 30, 2017. The goal of this analysis shall be to ensure that funds are spent in a manner that allows for initiatives launched as part of this agreement to be sustained after completion of this agreement.
