District Premium Subsidy Through November 30, 2016. For the plan year that begins on January 1, 2016, the District will contribute up to an amount equivalent to eighty percent (80%) of the 2016 CalPERS Kaiser premium at each level (employee only, employee + one, employee + two or more) towards the covered employee’s CalPERS or CalPERS Alternative Plan (CCHP) premium.
