District Safety/Security Committee Sample Clauses
District Safety/Security Committee. The District Safety/Security Committee is a standing 15 committee that meets on a regularly scheduled basis. The District Safety/Security Committee shall 16 be made up of sixteen (16) members, eight (8) from management, including the chairperson, and 17 eight (8) from labor, with equal representation for each association representing an affected 18 bargaining unit. The District Safety/Security Committee shall review district safety plans and 19 unresolved site safety/security issues. Any committee recommendations shall be sent to the 20 Superintendent’s designee and the TALC Labor/Management Committee by the chairperson.
District Safety/Security Committee. The joint committee shall consist of sixteen (16) 42 members, eight (8) of whom shall be appointed by the Superintendent, including the Chairman, 43 and eight (8) of whom shall be appointed by the Associations, representing all affected bargaining 44 units.
