District Vehicle. The District will not provide a vehicle allowance or gas allowance. The District will not reimburse for mileage for in-district travel.
District Vehicle. When an employee is doing school district work that necessitates a vehicle, the district shall provide a district vehicle to complete the task. Necessitating a vehicle is defined as hauling heavy equipment, chemicals, trash or similar kinds of material. It would not be necessary to provide a vehicle for routine mail runs, visits to the central office or other buildings, or any other trips that do not require hauling the above- mentioned items.
District Vehicle. In light of the unique nature of the professional duties of the Superintendent, the Board shall provide Superintendent with access to a District vehicle forDistrict business. Provided Superintendent resides within the boundaries of the District, said vehicle may be assigned to Superintendent on a full-time basis and used by Superintendent to commute between Superintendent’s residence and District offices and for other routine personal use.
District Vehicle. During the Employment Term, District shall provide Employee with a District-owned vehicle for Employee’s use in performing his duties as General Manager, and for commuting between his home and the District’s offices. During business days when the vehicle is at District offices and Employee does not need it, the vehicle will be available for other employees to use on District errands. District agrees to reimburse Employee for the gasoline and other reasonable expenses of operating such vehicle when it is used on District business. These expenses shall be submitted as Business Expenses pursuant to Section 6.c below.
District Vehicle. The superintendent shal have access to an existing District vehicle for school business purposes.
District Vehicle. The District shall provide the Superintendent with a District vehicle for his business purposes, as needed, and if available. Additionally, the District shall reimburse the Superintendent for mileage accrued while performing essential job duties at the current approved rate for all business travel in his personal vehicle.
