District’s Termination of CM for Convenience. District shall have the right in its sole discretion to terminate this Agreement for its own convenience. In the event of a termination for convenience, CM may invoice District and District shall pay all undisputed invoice(s) for work performed until the notice of termination. This shall be the only amount(s) potentially owing to CM if there is a termination for convenience.
