DIV and Purchaser’s Closing Deliverables. The Seller acknowledges and agrees that at or prior to Closing, DIV and the Purchaser delivered or caused to be delivered to Aimia and the Seller the following, each of which such deliveries is hereby acknowledged by the Seller as having been received:
