Diversion Analysis Clause Samples

Diversion Analysis. The Consultant shall perform a diversion analysis using the 2040 SERPM 7 No Build (without lane elimination) and Build (with lane elimination) assignments. The purpose of the analysis is to develop an understanding of potential route diversion as a result of the lane elimination. Select link analysis may be required to verify the model results. The change in traffic volumes with and without the lane elimination should be graphically documented in a map. The results of this analysis shall be considered during the project traffic development.
