Diversity in Casting Incentive Clause Samples

The Diversity in Casting Incentive clause is designed to encourage or require the inclusion of individuals from underrepresented groups in casting decisions for a production. Diversity in Casting Incentive. The total production cost maximum, as referenced in section 2 above, may be increased to $3,750,000 if Producer has demonstrated it qualifies for diversity in casting by meeting the following criteria prior to the start of principal photography: a.
