DIVERTED CARGOES. The Transporter shall deliver each LNG cargo scheduled for delivery in the FOB ADP or FOB Ninety Day Schedule, as applicable, and loaded in accordance with the terms of this Agreement to DES Buyer under the DES SPA, unless such cargo has been designated as a Diverted Cargo in the FOB ADP or FOB Ninety Day Schedule, as applicable.
