Dividend and Shareholder Loan Repayment Policy. The Shareholders agree on behalf of themselves and the Company to take, and to procure that its nominated Directors take, all necessary steps to distribute dividends to the Shareholders and make payments and repayments on Subordinated Shareholder Loans to the fullest extent possible, consistent with the dividend and shareholder loan repayment policy of the Company (the “Dividend Policy”).
