Dividend Equivalents Settled in Shares Only. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Plan and/or this Agreement, any dividend equivalents credited shall be in the form of additional Performance RSUs that are subject to the same terms and conditions, including vesting and time of settlement, as the Performance RSUs to which they relate and shall only be settled in Shares.
