Dividend Equivalents; Voting and Other Rights. During the Performance Period for any Award of Performance Shares, the Participant will not have any rights as a stockholder with respect to the Performance Shares (until the time shares of Stock have been issued in settlement of the Performance Shares as described in Section 6). Participants holding a Performance Share Award will be credited with dividend equivalent additional Performance Shares equal to the amount or value of any cash or other distributions or dividends payable during the Performance Period with respect to an equal number of shares of Stock.
