Common use of Dividend Reference Dates Clause in Contracts

Dividend Reference Dates. To the extent not paid on June 30 and December 31 of each year, beginning on December 31, 1999 (the "Dividend Reference Dates"), all dividends which have accrued on each Share outstanding during the six-month period (or other period in the case of the initial Dividend Reference Date) ending upon each such Dividend Reference Date shall be accumulated and shall remain accumulated dividends with respect to such Share until paid.
