Dividends Accumulated. All dividends paid on the Stock granted to Key Employee under this Award Agreement, or on Stock issued as a dividend with respect to the Stock so granted, shall be withheld and accumulated by the Company until the Payout Date (as provided in Section 3(c)(iii) below) or forfeited.
