DIVIDENDS AND OTHER DERIVATIVE ASSETS. 7.1 The Administrative Agent shall not have (and nor shall any nominee of the Administrative Agent have) any duty to take up any Derivative Assets or to ensure that any such Derivative Assets are duly and punctually paid, received or collected as and when due and payable or to ensure that the correct amounts are paid, received or collected.
