Dividends and Voting. Prior to an RSU settlement date, Awardee shall have no right to receive any dividends or dividend equivalent payments with respect to the RSUs. Awardee will have no voting rights with respect to any of the RSUs or the shares of Common Stock underlying the RSUs.
